Comment:  You need new leadership. In the South at universities such as FSU (where I went), ADPi is a top house full of gorgeous, classy, and intelligent women. Your current recruitment just isn't working, because you think all you need to do is add members, so you accept anyone. Why not try being selective about who gets membership in ADPi, and then girls will WANT to join? Then you won't have this problem.
