Comment:  kappa is #1 this year, based off of their PC. last year, pi phi was #1 and a close #2 this year. everyone knows it basically goes back and forth between the two every year and both have amazing sororities. so stop with the lame rumors towards kappa and pi phi and just accept they've claimed the top two spots.
