Comment:  May have been first women's organization but as far as first "national women's fraternity/sorority" they were not. They did not take on greek letters and become national until much later. Pi Beta Phi , Kappa Kappa Gamma and Kappa Alpha Theta were first greek letter /national fraternal organizations aka national sororities. As far as ranking on UGA chapter. Not as good as they used to be at one time.
