Comment:  zeta has only improved by default (sigma sliding down to bottom two). Zetas always had prettier girls than the houses you listed. The reason they were never ranked high was because they had a lot of crazy chicks (which now seems to be the sigma house), they have poor grades and poor retention. if they worked on grades and retention they would be ranked over kd and axo. but hey, if you wanna say they've improved, they def had. they have more respect than sigma at this point which makes them bottom three instead of bottom two. I personally like zeta and I think they have a real shot at continuing to get better (get those grades up!!!)
