Comment:  These guys have a huge pledge class by Tulane standards this year which definitely shows how well their rebuilding effort is going. Sigma Chi is going places. They had mixers with Kappa and Sig Delts over Mardi Gras so they're not stuck with Phi Moo anymore. Will be top soon if they can keep it up.
