Comment:  It's not so much about the curve, or where Baylor sees its greek life compared to other universitities, as Baylor could care less at this point. It's more about control. Once Baylor recognizes that they have will have more control over fraternity & sorority activities by giving them houses, only then will housing be premitted. They will set it up similar to SMU and TCU, where housing is next to/on campus, so as to keep a close eye on and monitor the fraternities & sororities.
