Comment:  Doesn't matter where you pref. It matters where you end up. If they are hanging on the the fact that they all pref'd at theta and kd and placing value on that, they are already saying they are less valuable than those sororities. they have already put kd and theta on a tier above them. They are not well known in the south nor are they known for being a classy bunch of girls. IMO they try to immitate others such as KKG and Theta but it is very obvious. Sorry, don't agree with the all 5s.
