Comment:  Interesting, the only people that actually knew the retention rates of chapters were the chapters themselves, PHA, and the Pi Chis. Gamma Phi had an excellent retention rate this year (for them). They weren't the best but definitely were top 5 with about a 94% return rate. Some houses known for the best rates were extremely low this year, it was actually quite surprising.
