Comment:  who would you consider top tier then? they have a lot of attractive girls, all frats want to mix with them, and they are considered to be fairly nice. Sounds top tier to me, and all of those things are not refutable. This is coming from a girl in a "top tier" sorority. I respect BETA they don't take themselves too seriously.
