Comment:  I think people go here based solely on the fact that they have a nice house and location. When they row walked our house, they had a lot of guys but I could honestly only count 1-2 good looking guys in the bunch. They definitely are more arrogant then they should be. Coconut party was fun but every other time I've been there, I've left within an hour to go elsewhere.
