Comment:  Anybody who gives a house all 1s/all 5s is stupid. Not even the "bottom tier" houses deserve that. In my experience, g phi is pretty, more popular with guys than girls (for whatever reason, jealousy or a justified reason), not involved (though they do try harder than other similar party-oriented houses), not particularly classy (always some scandal or another it seems, drinking in letters, certain girls being sloppy), but very social.
