Comment:  Let's put it this way: 1 in 5 are like the girls in House Bunny before the makeover, 2 in 5 just after the makeover, and then the other 2 in 5 are post-makeover when they're back to normal but still pretty. Bring that weirdo number down to 1 in 10 in a few semesters and you've got yourself a small but solid middle tier house. As of now I'll refrain from giving a rank though...still unranked ghost house to me.
