Comment:  For someone who spell "the" "da" it seems like you have a lot of work to do before commenting on the intelligence/ work ethic of others. Nonetheless, in the defense of the Betas, I would point out that among them are a number of entrepreneurs, a day trader, and several soon-to-be law students. Sure sounds like a bunch of idiots to me.
