They clearly are so into being top tier which is why they are all over windfall, sigma parties, and try to hang out with Kappas on every week. Oh wait, they just have a good time by themselves and have never tried to be Frat stars or make a claim on windfall. But nope, if someone posts phi psi is top three on this website, they clearly all believe it. They are good goofy guys. They got lucky this year and more kids wanted to go Phi Psi than usual... they didn't do anything out of the ordinary. They aren't a bad frat but they aren't the best...
