Comment:  These girls love to party, I am a legacy but I didn't go Pi Phi. I found that the girls are awkward unless they are drunk of high. This years pledge class is very good and I have many friends who are in it. However if you are a hard core partier don't join go for a more diverse group of girls like DDD or DG or KD (some may say they are lower tier but they have a much stronger sisterhood)
