Comment:  Phi Mu would only get a 4 in popularity from one particular fraternity, no one else likes them. With the exception of this year, they rarely ever have a representative on the homecoming court and their sweethearts are all from the same fraternities!! They are no where close to being a top sorority on the MSU campus, more like 4th.
