Comment:  Known for being very attractive, but very exclusive. It seems like only zetas hang out there, and they never have open events. as a result, they arent popular among all the sororities. They think they are a lot cooler than they are and a lot of the frats cant stand them. They have one of the prettiest houses on campus. But in my opinion, to be a good fraternity, you need to be popular among all the sororities and not just one.
