Comment:  Above AGD and Gamma Phi by A LOT, but worse than everyone else. So although they can be considered "bottom tier", they are not really much worse than some of the middle tier girls and are a lot better than the 2 sororities worse than them. Far from my favorite, by I'll let most of them into my parties - still better than GDIs.
