Comment:  How are phi delts the best looking guys? I have seen some pretty attractive guys in other frats. Beta, Sig Chi, even A.D. Phi has a looker or 2. Outside of Vlad and Adrian, okay maybe Robert and the 2-3 new guys, how are they the hottest frat? Debatable!
