Comment:  The best frat house ever. These guys throw the most insane parties, music is always fire, Themes are always on point, Bathrooms actually have toilet paper. The guys are so nice and chill, never had a problem with them. They always let me and my girls in. I love love love the consent talk before hand, it makes me feel safe. Never ever a dull moment at the part. I once came super early when no one was there yet, and they still managed to keep us entertained. The brothers are always concerned about me and my girls well being, offer us water, and a walk back home. Love theta
