Comment:  This is the chapter that everyone drops on their first day of recruitment. This chapter never has socials with other NPC and IFC chapters on campus. Bad national reputation and on campus reputation. Everyone thinks that they’re special interest when their just an NPC social interest because they don’t have any socials with other chapters in their counsel. This is a random group of girls who didn't get bids to other chapters. Theta Phis never meet quota and are always having to do COB which still doesn't fill their numbers. Unless they end up getting more selective to hone their sisterhood, this will forever be a chapter that gets slept on.
