Comment:  All the positive remarks are from Phi Mun. Phi mu is not a middle tier house. Phi mu will literally give a bid to anyone just like SK. Phi Mu has always a bottom tier house. They never make quota , always have to do Spring rush and hang out bottom tier houses and frats. Do not believe they are middle tier . It is always self ranking. Not a good look for Phi mu to be self ranking.
