Comment:  The Top house at UT. Beautiful, chic and friendly girls who really like each other - definitely have the big Texas cities represented and some cool coastal girls-no drama and they have their choice of frats (every guy wants a pi phi date and shirt) Smart as usually top 2 or 3 in grades but you have to be to get into UT anyway. Connections help as Pi Phis known to get their pick of all the pnms and take quality over quantity.
