Comment:  Realistically, if you are involved in Greek life here you know that Pi Kapp and Sig Chi are top house. Sure, they’re wealthy, elitist, and can be douchey, but Pi Kapp has a surprisingly close brotherhood. They have a step up from sig chi because of their house, and are known for their Darty’s. The exec is also surprisingly organized, and nationally they are ranked high for pi Kapp, which is a good look for DU. This year they havnt thrown that much but hoping they’ll pick up the pace in the spring.
