Comment:  This sorority is extremely unorganized. I COB'd in the spring, and this is where things went downhill. I didn't get big because we added too many girls to the spring pc, and not enough girls wanted to be big. So I didn't get my big until the fall semester, and even then, I got a random big who hasn't texted me. Not to mention, I didn't even get to do a big little reveal. During recruitment, I was yelled at for my work ethic when I worked my butt off, and they had no idea what my circumstances were. I wasn't invited to any of their group chats and was kicked from the main group chat for who knows what reason. The girls are fine I don't have an issue with the girls in the sorority, but the exec board has major issues, and it honestly ruined my experience being in the sorority. Overall, I wouldn't rush this sorority unless you know a sister on exec. Otherwise, your experience might end up like mine, and it was really devastating. I was so excited to be a G-Phi, but my experience was ruined. Do better as an exec board and give girls the experience they deserve. Make them feel included because I felt so excluded I ended up dropping.
