Comment:  Pi phi has always been in the top tier and is def in contention with Aphi and Chi o for top house, they all alternate every year just depending on the pc. The only house with genuine girls who aren't js male-oriented. It helps that they're all drop dead gorgeous as well. Good rep with all the frats.
