Comment:  Pi phi is the best chapter just all around. They have the BIGGEST campus-wide philo that all sororities/frats participate in, their house is the most aesthetic, girls are pretty, AND have had the highest gpa for consecutive quarters. Also has very good relations/reputations with other greek orgs.
