Comment:  Phi Mu was once a lower-tier sorority, but I saw them practicing for recruitment with Chi O, clearly trying their best to make their chapter bigger and stronger. Their new executive board looks promising. I can see them being a top tier house by the end of the year with the way that they are recruiting.
