Comment:  Definitely a bottom tier chapter in campus but only because they’re so new on campus, I can see them having the potential to become middle tier if they keep growing on campus. The outside of their house is pretty ugly although new inside, hopefully they get a better house or do a face lift to the exterior. I believe only their exec board lives in house. Not everyone in their exec board gets along which sounds like a nightmare. Their first year or few they did really bad in recruitment but the girls are mid to pretty and are super out going. They have a great philanthropy. Not sure if they made much movement with matching with any frats for socials.
