Comment:  Definitely one of the top houses on campus. Their house looks gorgeous from the exterior on campus. I’ve heard these girls **** talking other chapter outside of ABP amongst themselves, but they were only spitting truth to be fair, but they were not being flattery about other chapters on campus, specifically APhi, whom is their rival top house on campus and jealous of the amount of action these girls get and how they always get the prettiest pnms every year. Chi O though always get the most amount of girls from recruitment every year. Their group running home compared to Theta Phis is hysterical - the largest and the smallest group running down the same block. I think they have a fair amount of socials with frats every year. One of the wealthier chapters on campus as well. I know that their philanthropy is make a wish but never seen them host an event on campus for their philanthropy. I’m sure they probably have the highest goa on campus due to a higher likely hood of haviggg a sister in one of your classes or who has taken one of their classes before so automatic built in study buddy/free study guides.
