Comment:  AEPhi did a great job recruiting last year, and they are moving up the ranks. The girls are nice and seem to be at many panhel events. I think they are definitely higher-middle tier, not bottom tier anymore. They just need to continue to recruit well this year, but their new exec board looks promising.
