Comment:  Pi phi has a great porch and entry area. They have well manicured grounds and gorgeous bay windows. That being said this house just does not do it for me. I do not understand the spires or additions that they've added and the Tudor revival elements get bogged down in these strange details. It gives gilded age mansion in a bad way. Rating is based on the physical architectural attributes of the house.
