Comment:  The problem with AXO is that it is run by an exec board who is coping with the fact that they are in a "bottom" house. By being on exec, these power-hungry members can delude themselves into believing they are in a "top" as they exert power over regular members. It is worrisome that the president of the house said that AXO members should sleep with guys in "top" frats to improve their ranking. Frankly, who gives a -- about these arbitrary rankings, which are rooted in superficiality and sexism? AXO should devote more attention to their philanthropy and retaining members than this ranking and hazing nonsense. Even if AXO has always been "bottom," this house used to attract genuine and passionate women from diverse backgrounds, who wanted to find a diverse community within a typically white Greek life culture. It's sad that this is no longer the case.
