Comment:  Let me just start out by saying I only rushed theta, but my roomate actually joined, so this is from an inside and outside pov. The most recent pc seems to be pretty good - (nice outgoing attractive girls). Theta isn’t a super “popular” sorority, but most people seem to like them enough. My roomate has gone to a LOT of events and she has only been in it a couple months. They mix with mid tier frats, and seem to have lots of fun sisterhoods. Obvs there’s some drama but literally every sorority has some so if ppl say otherwise they’re lying. Also their house is really nice and well kept. If you don’t care so much about name dropping and sponsorships, then theta is a perfectly fine sorority to join. Keep in mind any girl can get into pretty much any frat party or bar- so your sorority affiliation really won’t do much aside from certain mixers. COLLEGE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT!
