Comment:  The guys here are always nice and seem to take safety really seriously with drinks, parties, etc. I’ve seen them help people who were looking a little rough, and that’s a huge green flag for me. The reputation is that they can be pretentious, but I’ve found them to mostly be actually pretty high achieving and down to earth and chill about it. This is definitely a house that I feel safe and happy going to, and that can’t be said for all of them.
