Comment:  Chi Phi has been on the rise in the last few years. They regularly have the most people in their basement and are the biggest chapter at Laf. They’ve been doing good with rush and their guys are for the most part well behaved. It has by far the best brotherhood and the guys there enjoy being in it. Very close with DKE right now reputation wise, due to phi psi failing at rush recently chi phi has slowly been overtaking them
