Comment:  Gave them a 5.0 because I do that with everyone but tbh this frat is...just a bunch of white sporty finance boys from the tri-state area (what a surprise!). They have a really cool patio that they call the beach and that's pretty unique. Have always had a lot of wealthy kids from private schools. I think they all had to just move out of their house temporarily though because of some permit/construction issue. Overall, this is a top frat with a great location and mixes very well so you don't have to worry about that stuff.
