Comment:  The whole "lose the house" rumor is so frustrating. The chapter had a lease that ends this year so the frat that owns the house can recolonize. Phi Mu has land to build a house. It might take a couple of years, so members will be able to rent apartments or houses. It will be much less expensive to be a member while the house is being built. It is not a scandal. It was always part of the plan.
