Comment:  Phi has a mix of very sweet girls and some egotistical ones. They don’t follow panhel rules as they don’t have a lettered house and can get away with darties in their backyard. Their hierarchy within the chapter dramatically shows just based off who they do and don’t post on their insta account. Overall a somewhat divided chapter that isn’t full of genuine friendship all around.
