Comment:  GPhi has been a top 5 house for at least the last 2 decades. The sisterhood is solid though, not all lovey-dovey (like, let’s be honest, it’s not normal to be- no one likes everyone), and these girls know how to have fun, be real, and excel academically. For those critiquing the actual, physical house… it’s solid older architecture built with much higher quality materials than the houses that have been recently built or renovated just to look new. It’s called quality.
