Comment:  Very nice guys, they keep to themselves though unless you have found them on their intramural teams or in the groups of international students. Probably an eighth of the house is international students. They put in effort for philanthropy. This year they did a car wash, pretty entertaining. They do occasionally throw events which are quite good. Always leave out a couple cases of water which is needed. Not sure how they do academically though, probably decently okay.
