Comment:  phi sig is the ONLY chapter I ever see actually hanging out together all the time. they are always in letters and always doing things around campus. they aren't viewed as a "top" chapter but they actually seem to like eachother and are enjoyable to be around... thats a lot more than can be said about half the other sororities on campus
