Comment:  I love Phi Sigs. This is a group of creative and preformer girls. They have great events, and a great philanthropy. They do not get involved with the top orgs and have a great relationship w tke. Seems like a happy sisterhood no drama. Definitely a middle/bottom tier ranking.
