Comment:  there is so much self rank on here its actually insane. this house is around the same as phi sig and it wont be moving up any more than that anytime soon. also their 27s act like they are a top house when they barely had a place to live and its pretty embarrassing. If you only want to do stuff with weird frats rush this house (same with phi sig and anything lower than them)
