Comment:  Horrible downfall these past 3 years lol. Technically core 4 still but everyone at Cornell knows that if you are not an athlete and in DU then you are not treated like a core 4 person. Their last good class which kept their status just graduated. Have no chill brothers and all are mentally challenged. Degenerate meathead rep is what everyone thinks of. Zero smarts. Zero career aspirations. Fake animal house frat. Every frat on campus treats them with disrespect. Their social schedule is crumbling because everyone now knows their name means nothing. Even if they "have" aphi on the schedule (their relation with aphi a decade ago is what gave them status) those girls will show up as their assigned mixer and then leave after 15 minutes. If she stays, it is not that she likes the frat, but rather that she simply wants to meet more of the football team. DU has turned into the TDX with only guys on the football team. Still have big rush/social budgets due to them being owned by Cornell (endowment money) which is why they have huge rush dinners and rush events. Dont get trapped because if you are even remotely cool and somehow you end up there then they will place all the responsibility on your shoulders to pick them back up/replace their culture and it will not be fun. Also have horrendous pledging from what I have heard. DUmb for life
