Comment:  Betting this will be a decent year for sp. back in their house which is in a good location and a solid set up for parties. Got some good adds in the last spring pc. if they keep thst going they will be back in the mix. def a good choice for dudes that don’t get in big houses where most bids get promised before rush anyway.
