Comment:  I’m not sure about when they’re all together, but all the phi sigs I’ve met one on one have been super laid-back and nice. I definitely understand where they get their partying reputation from. They’re definitely the most social sorority on campus. But they don’t seem as bad as some of these ratings make them out to be.
