Comment:  Pi phi is a very middle teir sorority in my mind. Ik technically they may be considered one of the tops but idk why?? They literally do one philo a year (pie a pi phi) and that’s it. They only hang out with one frat and I don’t really see them out other than that. Mostly nice girls but just kinda meh and boring
