Comment:  Definitely a top house at ku. The men are smart, outgoing, rich, and good looking. Can be immature at times when they’re at bars together but they’re always really respectful with girls. Kinda only socialize with pi phi and chi o but they’re kind to everyone they interact with. They have insane connections and their alumni is very generous. Hard to get a bid but this house would be one of my top choices if I was a pledge at ku.
