Comment:  You want to like this house, you really do, because they used to have some cool dudes but the last three years have been rough. A lot of poor decisions and just cannot seem to get back on track. They need to stop giving anyone a bid and bring their standards way up. Reading through these comments should be a wake up call for Pike that its time to get it together.
